Our tours offer easy one-stop shopping for all your land & air tour planning:

We personally choose, evaluate, and guarantee the quality of the 3 to 4-star hotels that we use for our tours. Your team may choose to visit the city, the jungle and volcano area, and/or the beach during your tour to Costa Rica. All of the hotels that we use offer:

  • Air-conditioning
  • Televisions
  • Hot water
  • Private bathrooms
  • Swimming pool
  • Team meeting rooms
  • An exercise gym
  • Internet access
  • International phone access

Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily are included in our tour (from lunch on the first day to breakfast on the last day). Meals are generally served buffet style to ensure that the food is hot and that everyone in the group can eat at the same time. We work hard to make sure the meals are healthy and appropriate for a volleyball player's diet, and that the portions are generous.

Land and air travel

Over-land bus travel
Your team will have exclusive use of an air-conditioned bus during the entire duration of your tour in Costa Rica. A full-time driver will transport your team to all games, practices, and sightseeing activities.

Air travel (priced separately from our land package)
We price airfare separately from our land portion tour package. If you would prefer to book your airfare on your own, you are welcome to do so. However, we have extensive experience planning and booking group air travel and work with six different airlines that fly to Costa Rica. Just give us your travel dates and departure airport and we will send you a group airfare price quote.

Experience the culture, build team unity, and live the passion of sports in Costa Rica. Your team will have the opportunity to choose some or all of the sightseeing and cultural activities below:

Laundry, water, and ice

We do the laundry for the players' shirts, shorts, and socks after games and practices. We provide water and ice during every practice and game. Our games and trainings are near good quality medical facilities in the event of a game injury.

Option to train with a pro coach from Costa Rica

Listen and learn from a Costa Rican volleyball coach how to adjust to the unique style and pace of play in Costa Rica. Experience a different style of coaching and pick up some new volleyball techniques.

Team community service project

There's no better way to build team unity than giving back to the community by participating in one of the following two community service projects. Players often tell us that this is the highlight of the tour.

Visit a Children's Community Center
This center cares for and educates over 200 low-income children between the ages of 1-12 years old. Dozens of our teams have visited the center, played ball with the children, and brought donations of clothing or toys.

Promote literacy by reading books in English to Costa Rican elementary children
Your team can visit a public elementary school and spend some time reading children's books in English to the kids. English is mandatory and taught to students starting in grade one. The kids love to practice and they especially love stories!
